Cancellation & Refund Policy

Explore Global Wellness Retreats

By booking and paying for an Explore Global Wellness retreat, you agree to the following cancellation and refund terms.

1. Booking Fee

All bookings include a non-refundable booking fee equal to 20% of the total retreat price (“Booking Fee”).

The Booking Fee covers administrative costs, planning, reservations, and non-recoverable expenses incurred by Explore Global Wellness in preparing the retreat.

2. Cancellations Made 60 Days or More Before Retreat Commencement

If you cancel your booking 60 days or more prior to the scheduled start date of the retreat:

• You will receive a refund of 80% of the total amount paid

• The 20% Booking Fee is non-refundable under all circumstances

3. Cancellations Made Less Than 60 Days Before Retreat Commencement

If you cancel your booking less than 60 days before the scheduled start date:

a) Replacement Participant

• If you are able to find a suitable replacement participant, approved by Explore Global Wellness,

• You will receive a refund of 80% of the total amount paid

• The 20% Booking Fee remains non-refundable

b) No Replacement

• If a replacement participant is not secured, no refund will be provided

4. Illness, Injury & Personal Circumstances

Cancellations due to illness, injury, emotional distress, personal circumstances, or change of mind are subject to the same cancellation terms outlined above.

Participants are strongly encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellation, illness, injury, or interruption.

5. Transferability

Bookings may only be transferred to another participant with prior written approval from Explore Global Wellness.

Explore Global Wellness reserves the right to refuse a replacement participant if they do not meet retreat suitability requirements.

6. Retreat Changes or Cancellation by Explore Global Wellness

In the unlikely event that Explore Global Wellness cancels the retreat:

• Participants will be offered a full refund of all monies paid, or

• The option to transfer payments to a future retreat

Explore Global Wellness is not responsible for additional costs incurred, including flights, accommodation outside the retreat, or other travel expenses.

7. Acceptance of Policy

By booking a retreat with Explore Global Wellness, you acknowledge that:

• You have read and understood this Cancellation & Refund Policy

• You accept that the Booking Fee is non-refundable

• You agree to these terms as binding
